

Tara and Maria have been doing what they love
most, planning extraordinary events, since their
college days almost fifteen years ago! In those
days, their talents were mostly applied to large
scale student events. They enjoyed working
together and realized that their ability to plan
such events was truly a passion.
Over time, the events would become even bigger;
the venues even nicer; and the details even
finer. In 1999 they were hired for their first
job...to plan a unique and spectacular
MILLENNIUM new years eve party. With a modest
budget at an upscale Boston hotel, the two
delivered an amazing event that would be the
topic of conversation for attendees over the
years to come.
From that point on, Tara and Maria would plan,
budget and oversee countless events, both
corporate and private. Hence where the idea for
Occasion Specialists came to life.

* Unlimited in-person planning meetings, as well
as emails and phone calls throughout
